- Click on the "Tools" menu and select "E-mail Accounts".

- Click on "View or change existing accounts" and then click on the "Next" button.

- Double click on your e-mail account.

- Make sure the "From" address displays EXACTLY how you are subscribed to the Pharmacy mailing lists. If you are unsure of what form of your e-mail address is used on the mailing lists, please contact your department's head secretary.
Click on the "Next" button when you are done.

- Click on the "Finish" Button.

- Click on the Tools Menu and select "Options".
|

- Click on the "Mail Setup" tab. Then click on "E-mail Accounts".

 |
- Check "Include this Group or Account in send/receive".
|
 |
- Check "Schedule Automatic send/receive" and set the time between 5 and 30 minutes as you feel comfortable.
|
- Under "When Outlook is offline", check both boxes and set the time between 5 and 30 minutes as you feel comfortable.

- Click on the "Close" button.
