Click on the "Edit" menu and select "Mail and Newsgroups Account Settings".
Set the E-mail address to match your PNHS mailing list subscriptions EXACTLY. If you are unsure of what form of your e-mail address is used on the mailing lists, please contact your department's head secretary.
Click on "Server Settings". Check the "Check for new mail at startup" box and "Check for mail every 10 minutes". You may adjust the time between 5 and 15 minutes as you feel comfortable. Then click on the "OK" button.
